The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage guest interactions effectively.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize restaurant flow.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, utilizing conflict management skills when necessary.
- Collaborate with waitstaff and kitchen personnel to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor dining areas for cleanliness and organization, ensuring a pleasant environment for guests.
- Assist in loss prevention by monitoring guest behavior and reporting any suspicious activities.
- Maintain a safe and secure atmosphere
Skills
- Strong conflict management abilities to handle guest complaints or issues effectively.
- Familiarity with loss prevention techniques to safeguard restaurant assets.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously with guests and staff alike.
