Honor Health Network is seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager to drive marketing efforts and expand our referral network. In this role, you will promote our services through community outreach and build relationships with healthcare professionals to support our growth and mission.

Responsibilities:
- Implement a marketing plan that promotes a wide expansion of the agency’s business in existing and expanding territory
- Seek, cultivate, and participate in marketing opportunities in the community and establish working rapport with health care professionals.
- Call on healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics and hospitals in order to build a network of referral businesses.
- Develop strategies designed to expand the agency’s outreach program within our target market, bring growth and meet deadlines.
- Visit with potential clients, discharge planners and other health care providers regarding services, contracts, and communication with our program, provide follow-ups.
- Build book of business.
- Receive all incoming calls for referrals while getting back to clients in a timely manner.
- Enter and distribute service order information as well as documenting holds/terminations/renewals etc.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in the home care field
- Marketing experience preferred
- Familiarity with the home care industry and local healthcare networks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter with leadership qualities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel daily within the assigned territory
Work Environment:
This is a field-based role requiring daily travel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
