We are looking for an experienced, goal-driven, and highly motivated sales professional to join our team. This role requires a proven track record of in-home sales, high-ticket closing experience, and the ability to engage with high-net-worth clients
Job Duties
· Conduct in-home consultations with potential clients to assess project needs, provide estimates, and close sales.
· Sell premium masonry and paver services with an approach tailored to high-net-worth homeowners.
· Negotiate and close high-ticket deals while overcoming objections effectively.
· Analyze the scope of work, identify potential project challenges, and set proper expectations.
· Communicate project details to the production team to ensure a seamless transition from sale to execution.
· Create material sheets and obtain brick matches to maintain project consistency.
· Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and past clients for referrals.
Qualifications
· Minimum of 3 years in-home sales experience.
· High-ticket closing ability, comfortable closing $10K deals.
· Experience working with affluent clients. Understanding how to build trust, provide value, and sell premium services.
· Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills. Must have the ability to confidently address price objections and competitor comparisons.
· Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Manage multiple leads, site visits, and follow-ups efficiently.
· Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
Job Types: Full-time, Commission
Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
