Sell Decks With Michigan's #1 Deck Builder (Now serving Ohio and Indiana)
Top Commissions - Company Vehicle - Preset Appointments - Unbeatable brand and training.
Green Shield continues to expand and is excited to add new sales openings. Sales reps (Deck Designers) for Green Shield are responsible for driving to customers' homes, inspecting existing deck structures, and guiding homeowners through deck options.
How Green Shield supports the sales team and you:
Growing from $1 million in sales to $50 million in just five years means your growth and increased income are always on the horizon.
Maintaining a 4.8 Google rating and earning more 5-star reviews than any deck builder in Michigan means your customers will trust you.
Employing only W-2 crews (now up to 32) means our quality is consistent and you can make promises that Green Shield will keep.
Being Direct to Manufacturer means you can provide upgraded materials at competitive prices.
In house generated, qualified, pre-scheduled appointments, and higher commission on self-generated leads means there are always selling opportunities.
Every other builder will claim to have one or two of these offerings, but not one can claim them all.
Skilled reps can hit the ground running and start selling in as little as 2 weeks.
