The Opportunity:

We’re seeking a motivated, resourceful, and proactive Real Estate Agent to join our team. This contract role is ideal for someone who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced, flexible work environment. As a team member, you’ll be supported with the resources and mentorship needed to build a thriving real estate business. You’ll have the freedom to manage your schedule, work remotely, and take ownership of your success.

What You’ll Do:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in real estate properties.

- Conduct market research, list and market properties, and host open houses.

- Negotiate contracts and guide clients through every step of the transaction process.

- Provide top-notch customer service and build lasting client relationships.

- Use real estate technology and CRM systems to manage leads and opportunities.

- Stay informed on local market trends and real property laws to best serve clients.

What We’re Looking For:

- Real Estate License: Required.

- Experience in real estate is preferred, but not required – we offer comprehensive training and mentorship.

- Resourceful and Initiative-Driven: We need someone who is self-motivated, eager to learn, and takes ownership of their role.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Familiarity with real estate technology and CRM systems is a plus, but training is available.

- Willingness to pursue additional certifications or training while working.
