Responsibilities
- Assist the store manager in daily operations and staff management.
- Supervise and train employees to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with merchandising strategies.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and oversee cash handling procedures.
- Support hiring processes, including interviewing and onboarding new staff.
- Communicate effectively with team members to foster a positive work environment.
- Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and optimize performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
- Strong communication skills for effective team leadership and customer interaction.
- Familiarity with retail math principles for inventory management and sales analysis.
