Job Description

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, acquiring and retaining clients, and building strategic partnerships. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Strategic Analysis
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and potential areas for expansion.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and develop actionable insights for strategic planning.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients, focusing on key industry segments.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Strategy Development & Execution
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Set sales targets, monitor performance, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Networking & Brand Enhancement
  • Attend industry events and build professional networks.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the company’s brand presence.
  • Strategic Partnerships & Alliances
  • Identify and establish partnerships with complementary businesses.
  • Negotiate terms and manage relationships to maximize value.
  • Project Management & Coordination
  • Oversee the initiation and execution of business development projects.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Reporting & Performance Analysis
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Present findings and recommendations to the CEO and senior management.
  • Team Collaboration & Leadership
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business development, sales, or a related field within the restoration, construction, or insurance industries.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of the restoration and insurance industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
