At All Clear Diagnostics and Calibration, our mission is to deliver superior service to the collision industry by providing same or next-day, on–site service to modern vehicles’ highly sophisticated electronics and safety features.

Description of role:

The role of Area Manager is the oversight of multiple territories within a specified region. In this, the Area Manager will oversee all training, hiring, quarterly reviews, and any escalated issues from their technicians in their markets. It is best that our Managers have an understanding of the following role:

All Clear technicians provide a wide range of services including, but not limited to:

pre and post collision diagnostic scans, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibrations, electrical repairs, and mechanical work. We provide trainings through i-Car, as well as opportunity to obtain ASE & OEM certifications, always ensuring our technicians remain current on new technology and industry standards.

Tasks: Including but not limited to:

Technicians workload/scheduling (Dispatch incoming work);

Weekly employee meetings;

Weekly territory sales visits (Entire Region/ All Markets);

Daily sales and productivity reporting;

Daily invoice auditing;

Shipping/Receiving of special tools for technicians;

Fill in work for technician absences/vacations;

Quarterly employee reviews and tool audits;

Employee team building events;

New hire training.

Skills and requirements:

Must possess mechanical and automotive competencies. Electrical backgrounds are preferred but not required.

ASE and I-CAR certifications are desired but not mandatory.

Professional attitude and the ability, good customer service, and an ability to maintain a neat work environment are a must.

Work schedule:

Monday – Friday : 8 AM – 6PM (can fluctuate depending on need)

Travel is often necessary.

Salary is based upon experience and skill level.

Reports to: Regional Operations Manager

Location: Louisville, Kentucky

Supervisory Responsibility: This position has supervisory responsibilities.

FLSA Status: This position is exempt.

Work Environment: This job operates in a field environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers in addition to automotive service tools.

Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently; majority of lifting from knee to shoulder heights; other lifting required from various levels.

• Must be able to carry and transport up to 60 pounds up to 20 feet.
• Requires standing stooping and kneeling for extended periods of time.
• Requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.

Travel: Travel is a large part of this role. 90% of the time will be spent traveling including some overnights within assigned territory.
