The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional food quality and customer service. As the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining inventory levels while creating a positive work environment.
Duties
- Supervise daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Manage food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to recipes and presentation standards.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
- Train, develop, and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Implement and maintain food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations.
- Handle customer service inquiries related to food quality or service issues.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order management and reporting.
- Prepare budgets and monitor expenses to maintain profitability.
- Lead shift management activities to ensure smooth operation during all shifts.
- Proven experience in food management within a quick-service fast food restaurant setting.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and cost control measures.
- Experience in training development for kitchen staff is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team management.
- Proficiency in using POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is preferred.
