We are seeking an experienced Property Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in property management and a strong understanding of rental operations, tenant relations, and leasing coordination. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily property management tasks, including leasing, tenant communications, and inspections.
- Assist with lease agreements, renewals, and tenant move-in/move-out processes.
- Address tenant inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
- Work with vendors and maintenance teams to coordinate property repairs and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, lease agreements, and Fair Housing Laws.
- Maintain accurate records of property activities, tenant interactions, and financial transactions.
- Support overall property operations to ensure efficiency and high occupancy rates.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in property management, leasing, or real estate operations preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple properties or tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of property management software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Understanding of leasing procedures, Fair Housing regulations, and tenant relations.
