What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Management Field Assistant - Summer Position position at All County Property Management?
We are seeking a confident, detail-oriented person to assist the All County Property Management team during the busiest time of our year; to support ongoing leasing and property management efforts during the summer months; 20-24 hours/week (May, June, July & August). While many of the tasks will be “field-related” (i.e. occurring at properties being leased or managed by All County) a variety of office-based marketing and administrative tasks will also be part of the job. The key is a positive, can-do attitude that will make it easy for the All County team members to ask for and receive your help and trust that you will reliably perform the requested tasks. Examples of typical tasks to be performed as part of this role could include, but not be limited to, the following:
Property Management / Leasing Assistance
o Posting/removing signs
o Taking photos
o Conducting inspections
o Placing/removing lockboxes
o Arranging for duplicate keys
o Arranging /hosting property showings
o Monthly property inspections
o Tenant screening assistance
o Meeting vendors
Marketing Assistance
o Delivering marketing materials at real estate offices
o Purchasing supplies
o Update marketing reports
Office / Administration Assistance
o Property / Owner report / researching
o Mailing
