Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lean Manufacturing Supervisor located in Houston, TX. The Lean Manufacturing Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing operations, including production planning, quality control, and supervisory tasks. Responsibilities include ensuring operational efficiency, implementing lean manufacturing practices, monitoring production processes, and coordinating with teams to meet production targets.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and Communication skills are essential
- Experience in Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations
- Quality Control knowledge is required
- Ability to work effectively on-site in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field is preferred
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles is a plus
- Experience with 6s, 6 sigma is a plus
- Experience with manufacturing of electrical panels, switchboards, MCC's is a plus
