Job Responsibilities
* Customer Communication – Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, scheduling, and follow-ups.
* Job Planning & Coordination – Assist in organizing job schedules, coordinating with crews, and ensuring materials are ordered and delivered on time.
* Accounts Receivable & Payable – Support invoicing, tracking payments, and processing vendor bills.
* Administrative Support – Manage office files, data entry, and other clerical tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
* Team Assistance – Work closely with project managers, sales teams, and field crews to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
✅ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
✅ Experience in office administration, bookkeeping, or customer service (construction industry experience is a plus).
✅ Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools.
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
