Office Coordinator
Duty Schedule :
Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, 40 hours per week. Flexible schedule to include evening and / or weekend. Assist with special projects.
Summary / Objective of Position :
The Office Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of the center by providing administrative support to the management team, staff, and students. This position involves interacting with visitors, handling internal and external communication, collect and organize data; assist with the execution of workshops. The Office Coordinator works closely with the Learning Center Manager to assist with day-to-day operations, activities and maintain a welcoming organized environment; and facilitate the Center's effectiveness and efficiency.

Communication & Support (20%)
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, respond to emails and address inquiries professionally and on time.
- Provide in-person support to students, staff, and visitors, offering information and assistance as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for general inquiries and assist with resolving issues or redirecting queries to appropriate staff to departments.

Physical Requirements, Work Environment & Travel :
Possess a valid state issued Driver's License. Complete the defensive driving course to operate government vehicles. Attend and complete the First Aid and CPR training. Able to lift 25 lbs. and move equipment in the Learning Center.
Other Requirements :
Oral fluency in Navajo is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
Education and Experience :
Minimum :
Associate degree in education, social / behavioral science, or related field, plus two-years of experience working with students in a Higher Education setting.
Preferred :
Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, higher education, or related field, plus one-year of experience working with students in a high Education setting.
Salary : $32,500 - $36,500
