We have an outstanding long-term, temporary Administrative Clerk position in Liberty, MO. Our client is looking for a detail-oriented, motivated individual to join their team during this busy time. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, as well as working in a team environment. Excellent communication skills, solid Administrative skills, and experience with Customer Service is a must.
This position can start right away and will last into mid-November, and could possibly move into a permament role. Monday thru Firday daytime hours, as well as working in the office every day, is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an office environment
- Knowledge of data management processes
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and Google Suite
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well with a variety of office personnel, and represent the office in a professional manner
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in order to meet tight deadlines, on a daily basis
