Our client, a growing organization within their industry, is looking for a Part-Time Accounting & Administrative Assistant to join their team! This position will perform a variety of accounting and administrative duties, with a lot of data entry. The ideal candidate will be a team player who enjoys assisting wherever the need is. Responsibilities:
- Data Entry
- Accounts Payable
- Clerical duties
- Administrative functions
- Work on special projects, as requested
Job Requirements:
- 3 years of general bookkeeping and administrative experience, preferably in the Construction, Manufacturing and/or Distributorship industries
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel spreadsheet experience
- Strong work ethic, with emphasis on attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment
