Industrial Salvage & Wrecking is seeking a dedicated receptionist with HR expertise to join our team and manage our front desk operations with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Position Overview:
You will play a crucial role in managing our front desk operations while also supporting HR-related tasks. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, partners, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming experience for everyone who interacts with our company. In addition to typical receptionist duties, you will assist with HR tasks such as employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and daily timecard tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
· Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
· Assist with HR tasks including employee onboarding using QuickBooks Desktop and ADP Run, maintaining personnel records and daily timecard tracking using QuickBooks Time (formerly TSheets)
· Consult with Supervisors and Employees on a daily basis
· Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
· Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy and organized.
. Run social media and advertising efforts.
Qualities:
Friendly, dependable, positive attitude, excellent communication skills both written and verbal, professionally manages confidential information and pays attention to detail. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the HR field as well as willing to take on other responsibilities given to them by management.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
