The Marketing Relationship Development role will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance the company's visibility and reputation. The position is a relationship-driven, in-person role. This position requires creativity, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns effectively.

This is not a digital marketing or Google Ads role.

Networking & Relationship Building :

Attend industry events, host informational sessions, and strengthen connections through face-to-face meetings, and lunches. Develop referral partnerships with insurance adjusters, restoration companies, and other industry professionals.

Customer Experience Enhancement :

Work closely with the operational leadership team to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience that strengthens customer / partner loyalty.

Partner with the Marketing and Sales teams to drive acceptance of leads.

Ongoing Engagement :

Maintain relationships with regular follow-ups, value-added content, and continuous physical presence to nurture long-term partnerships.

Conduct calling / emailing campaigns to uncover & qualify leads through outbound efforts

Market Research :

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis.

Analyze data to develop insights and recommendations for marketing strategies.

Stay updated on industry developments and emerging marketing techniques.

Skills

• Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive sales growth.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and create actionable marketing insights.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and marketing software is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Pay range :

50,000 - $60,000 bonuses

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
