Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services to persons supported on weekends only
- Assist clients with activities of daily living
- Monitor person supported health and well-being
- Communicate effectively with persons supported, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- Previous experience in home care or a related field
- Certification in CPR and First Aid
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends only
