Description
All Energy Solar is seeking full-time Solar Installers to join our team. The Solar Installer will work with an installation team to assemble and install all components of a photovoltaic solar array.
Responsibilities
- Prepare job site for solar installation
- Structurally mount racking and solar equipment
- Skillfully use power tools, ladders, and other equipment to complete solar installations
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Take responsibility for personal and team safety on the job site by following and enforcing all safety regulations
- Other relevant duties as needed
Skills/Qualifications
- Thrives in a small team environment
- Portrays a high level of professionalism and craftsmanship
- Has a positive and helpful demeanor
- Comfortable climbing ladders, and working on rooftops
- Experience working with hand tools and power tools
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50lbs
- Willing to work long hours in extreme environments (cold, heat)
- Reliable transportation
- Valid state driver’s license
- Willingness to travel
- This is a full-time position with an expected starting pay rate of $20 per hour, with additional opportunities for pay increases at 90 days and 180 days based on performance
