In this critical role, you will be the linchpin in assisting truck drivers nationwide, coordinating top-notch emergency repair services and ensuring drivers are back on the road as quickly as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support : Provide essential assistance to stranded truck drivers by coordinating immediate onsite repair and emergency services.
- Communication : Maintain clear and effective communication between drivers, mobile technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
- Training : Learn and understand the unique needs of truck drivers in emergency situations, coordinating appropriate and timely solutions.
- Professionalism : Uphold a respectful and integral manner in all interactions, representing All Fleet Inc. in the best possible way.
Requirements:
