Fence consultant/Expert

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Fence Specialist. As a sales-focused specialist, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our high-quality fence products to residential and commercial customers. This position offers a commission-only structure.

Responsibilities:

1- Sales Generation: Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities by generating leads, conducting market research, and building relationships with potential customers.

2- Consultative Selling: Meet with customers to understand their specific needs, assess their outdoor space, and recommend appropriate fence solutions.

3- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our fence products, their features, benefits, and installation processes to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.

4- Proposal Preparation: Prepare detailed and accurate project proposals, including cost estimates, material specifications, and design recommendations, tailored to individual customer requirements.

5- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with customers through effective communication, responsiveness, and exceptional customer service to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.

6- Collaboration: Collaborate with our design and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

7- Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product advancements, and competitors' offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers and maintain a competitive edge.

8- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, including prospecting activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.

9- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales team's success.

10- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process by addressing any concerns, providing timely updates, and facilitating effective problem resolution.

Qualifications:

1- Previous Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the construction, home improvement, or outdoor living industry.

2- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with fence materials, installation techniques, and outdoor construction processes.

3- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present and negotiate with customers.

4- Customer-Focused Approach: Ability to understand and address customer needs, build trust, and deliver exceptional customer service.

5- Self-Motivated: Highly driven and self-directed, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

7- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computer applications, Job-nimbus, manage sales activities and generate reports.

8- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for visiting customer locations and attending trade shows or industry events.
