What are the responsibilities and job description for the FENCE FOREMAN position at Southern Pro Fence?
Southern Pro Fence is looking for a hardworking, dependable foreman to lead one of our fence installation crews. We install all types of fencing: chain-link, aluminum, vinyl, farm fence and many other types of fence and projects for residential and commercial needs.
Looking for someone who is self-motivated, driven and hungry to grow with us. Someone who understands that quality is a priority, and we want to be proud of our work at the end of each day. The job is Monday - Friday with occasional weekends. Typical 50-60 hours per week in all types of Florida weather including brutal heat. Pay $18- $25 per hour depending on experience.
Requirements:
** Fencing Installation Experience 2-3 years
** Leadership Skills ** Positive Attitude ** Problem Solving Abilities ** Excellent Communcation Skills (Fluent in Spanish a plus)
** Valid Driver's License
** Capable of lifting materials over 25-50 lbs. with assistance
** Capable of working in Florida weather including extremes
** Ability to operate tools and machinery
Responsibilities:
** Efficiently lead you crew in a professional and timely manner
** Setting clear expectations for the crew members
** Maintain Southern Pro Quality and Excellence
** Taking proper care and maintenance of truck/tools/machinery & materials
** Excellent communication with customers and crew (Fluency in Spanish is a plus)
