Title: Ministry Coordinator
Position Type: Hourly Part-Time (generally 15-20 hours per week; additional time to be approved by Executive Director)
Reports to: Executive Director
Job Classification: Non-exempt
Pay: $15.00-17.00/hour
Location: Greensburg, Indiana
Overview: The Ministry Coordinator at All for One Ministries will provide administrative support to the Executive Director and other staff and assist in the coordination of ministry activities and programs. This role will handle various administrative tasks, manage schedules, organize events, and ensure smooth operations within the ministry. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for supporting the mission and vision of All for One Ministries.

Job Duties:
- Champion the mission, vision, values, and culture of All for One Ministries (A41).
- Enhance the image of A41 by being active and visible in the community and by working closely with other professional, civic, and private organizations.
- Hold A41 and its leadership to a high standard of Biblical integrity by advancing Gospel-centered leadership and calling out lapses in Biblical integrity.
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and other staff members.
- Organize and coordinate ministry events, meetings, and activities, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Oversee bookkeeping, record keeping, and payroll processing Ministry-wide.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for various ministry programs and activities.
- Assist in the communication and coordination with volunteers, staff, and ministry partners.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring all resources are available and maintained.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Assist in the development and implementation of administrative systems and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Support the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Executive Director.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrate a belief in the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, as evidenced by a public confession of faith and baptism, as well as a passion for Christian outreach pursuant to the calling of the Great Commission.
- Full theological alignment with A41’s mission, vision, values, and Statement of Faith
- Be actively engaged in a local congregation.
- Live a lifestyle consistent with the character qualifications found in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1
- Fluent in the English language
- High school diploma or greater.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Working knowledge of basic accounting functions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other office management software/tools.
- Experience in graphic design software preferred.
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a ministry setting.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
Work Environment: The Ministry Coordinator will work at the office of All for One Ministries in The Branch Gathering Place Coffee House in Downtown Greensburg, Indiana. He/She will work with the Executive Director to determine a consistent weekly schedule between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday with occasional weekend work.
