ALL GENERATIONS HEALTH CARE, is seeking someone who is looking for a long-term career. Someone who works well with a team, is motivated, and can provide excellent customer service and assist in meeting all of the FINANCIAL, BILLING, BOOKEEPING and PAYROLL needs of the company.
Responsibilities and Duties:
This position is responsible for ethically performing tasks that are in compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies. The person in this position must demonstrate the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment, have strong communication skills, show attention to detail, be deadline oriented, and demonstrate professionalism. This person must have a background in computing and preparing various payrolls and ensuring payroll taxes are filed by their deadlines. This position reports to the CEO.
· Process and generate employee and W-2, 1099 payrolls
· Prepare and reconcile the payroll tax returns
· Prepare, generate, and submit state income tax returns
· Reconcile, accrue, and pay the various property taxes
· Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial
reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural
standards
· Record, balance, and maintain accurate general ledger account balances
· Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing general ledger account
information
· Prepare and maintain various monthly and annual schedules and reports for external auditors
· Prepare and post journal entries, including payable and receivables
· Assist with month- and year-end closings
· Special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
· Proficiency in QUICK BOOKS, MS Excel, Word, Outlook, 10-key by touch, keyboard accuracy.
· Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
· Highly organized and detail oriented. Ability to maintain alpha/numeric order filing system and observe surroundings and see what needs to be done without having to be asked.
· Able to complete tasks accurately and timely with minimal supervision.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Professional attitude with ability to work individually or as part of a team, willing to mentor clerks.
· Basic Accounting Knowledge (Assets= Liabilities Equity, Debits vs. Credits)
· Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA CERTIFICATION PREFERRED. Significant applicable work experience may substitute.
· Job duties will include overseeing accounts payable/accounts receivable/cross-training and Billing Department.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
