All Generations Health Care, Inc. is seeking experienced PHC QA Coordinator for PHC company with job requirements as follows: Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Auditing client files, coordinating with field supervisors, assuring proper documentation, Data Entry; Problem Solving; Maintaining a positive working relationship with other PHC departments ; Maintaining outstanding customer service; Monitoring and tracking program authorizations; Maintaining all quality assurance aspects of the PHC program including timely completion of paperwork, communications and all other program regulations. Working knowledge of Vesta preferred. Two years of college in health care related field preferred OR two years of PHC experience in the health care field; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Positive attitude; Ability to work independently; Compassion for working with the aged and disabled. Must have a verifiable work history with good references. Must pass criminal background check.
