REGIONAL MANAGER

We're looking for an upbeat, passionate, service-oriented individual to join our team as a Multi-Unit Regional Manager overseeing 9 - 11 locations.
All in Adventures was launched in 2014 with a simple mission: to connect families, friends, coworkers, students, and a host of others together through shared fun in a socially interactive environment. Visiting guests get the chance to either become real-life mystery detectives or game show contestants. Today, the brand has grown to roughly 23 locations offering a wide variety of family-focused, experiential game activities.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN OUR REGIONAL LEADERS:
- Build and develop team engagement within your assigned region; help to foster a FUN, open-door, inclusive work environment in each location
- Oversee human resources and operational tasks to include, I-9 compliance, payroll budgets, manager expense reports, deposit validation, revenue goals, etc.
- Oversee payroll, staffing, and scheduling activities
- Actively recruit Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager candidates
- Conduct weekly one-one conference calls with Store/Area Managers to provide updates on company initiatives
- Guide the open-to-hire process for each store, assist in the hiring process of key candidates
- Guide and develop the performance of each Store Manager and their associates; to include weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual performance reviews
- Onboard all newly hired managers; partner with the Learning Manager on specific training/developmental needs
- Provide continuous on-the-job support and training to all new Managers
- Provide coaching support and guidance on all escalated HR/employee issues
- Lead new store set up/new game rollout activities to ensure a smooth launch
- Conduct monthly store audits with each location; coach stores for improvement in areas that fall below expectations
- Provide proactive support and planning for booked parties and large events at each location
- Utilize internal tools to guide your stores' response to new sales leads in system
- Partner with the corporate Ops Mgr to help promote store successes via social platforms
- Review Google Reviews; following up on those that require escalated attention
- Assist with the resolution of escalated guest complaints or issues
REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION . . . (DON’T OVERLOOK THESE IMPORTANT CLUES).
- High School diploma (college degree preferred)
- 1 - 3 years of previous multi-unit leadership experience
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Must pass company background screen and professional reference checks
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including some nights, some weekends, and some holidays
- Must have reliable transportation to travel (by car/plane) into assigned markets
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
- Solid problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Proficiency with Google Office tools some video conferencing skills
- Multi-tasking capability and time management skills
