Hours: Monday - Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM
Compensation: $18.00- $20.00

Job Overview:
We are seeking a second experienced Service Writer/Advisor to join our growing team. This role will require someone with experience in the automotive service industry who can effectively communicate with customers, provide exceptional service, and assist with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services, and explain work performed to customers.
- Manage customer appointments and maintain a smooth workflow.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, invoicing, and processing payments.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service and completion of repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation for services rendered.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring resolution and customer retention.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Service Writer/Advisor in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer-focused with the ability to explain technical details in an understandable manner.
- Ability to multitask and assist with administrative duties as needed.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and industry best practices.
- Proficient in using service management software (experience with [specific software, if applicable] is a plus).
