Key Responsibilities :
- Design, configure, and maintain secure and efficient network infrastructures, including LAN, WAN, and wireless systems.
- Manage firewalls, VPNs, and security appliances to support multi-site operations and critical business applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to ensure uptime, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain advanced network solutions, including SD-WAN and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).
- Support the installation and configuration of network hardware and software, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor and optimize network performance, ensuring consistent connectivity and throughput.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide critical support and minimize disruptions.
- Document processes, configurations, and network topologies to support operational efficiency and knowledge sharing.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance network capabilities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
