- Assist with medical administrative support tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations
- Handle patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
```Requirements```
Languages
- English and Spanish ( Armenian is a plus)
- Previous 2 years of experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Proficient in using medical scheduling software (e.g., Dentrix, eClinicalWorks)
- Strong knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide compassionate patient care
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling multiple lines simultaneously
