ALL IN ONE Employment Services is looking for a Sales & Operations Manager to :

  • Develop sales with existing and new customers (Net revenue growth).
  • Coordinate the selling of NEW products & packages.
  • Support the Distributor’s management team & front-line in the development of channel and account specific initiatives to improve retail execution and achieve AOP objectives within the marketplace.
  • Develop sales / merchandising activities aimed at boosting our business among current and prospective customers.
  • Coordinate centralized account management execution and transfer “Best Practice Tools / Capabilities” to grow net revenue by understanding and meeting customer’s needs.

Required Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 3 years developing Sales & Marketing of new products within the Soda, Juice or Beverage Industry.
  • Work with Distributor to develop sales forecast.
