This role requires a strong understanding of various social media platforms, content creation, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to drive engagement and growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create compelling content that resonates with our target audience, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with our community.
• Manage relationships with influencers and partners to enhance public relations efforts.
• Analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
• Answer customer inquiries
• Answer phone calls and emails from customers

Skills

• Proven experience in social media management across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Strong content creation skills with a knack for storytelling through visuals and text.
• Knowledge of advertising on social media platforms to effectively promote campaigns.
• Strong public relations skills to manage brand reputation online.
