Role Description
This is a contract on-site role for an Agile Coach located in New York, NY . The Agile Coach will be responsible for Agile Leadership, Agile Coaching, Design Thinking, Coaching, and Consulting to support the company's IT projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in IT project management
- Minimum of 5 years of software development experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in Agile coaching roles.
- Proven experience leading Agile product transformations in large, complex environments.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
- Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Preferred certifications: Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent.
Salary : $65 - $70
