Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Works directly with Account Executives to close large deals and significant accounts through direct involvement with customers.
- Works with Account Executives and Solutions Architects to optimize sales to customers and prospects.
- Manages overall key partner development and relationships with IBM, HP or Cisco.
- Builds strong customer relationships.
- Provides sales leadership and manages individual growth of team members.
- Implements national and area marketing events.
- Responsible for area sales forecasts, quarterly reviews and funnels.
- Ensures highest customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develops and executes business plans.
- Responds and resolves issues affecting customer satisfaction (sales team, partner sales, services team, accounting, etc.).
- Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization's values.
- Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Logicalis in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors.
- Supports and conducts self in a manner consistent with customer service expectations.

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- 10 years experience in sales management.
- Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across functional groups and levels within organization, as well as externally.
- Self starter with excellent organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills and ability to project manage with minimal supervision.
- Superior communication skills via presentations, written and oral communications.
- Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment.
- Ability to communicate with senior management effectively and with ease.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
