Paralegal opportunity for Tampa Law Firm. This is a permanent hybrid / remote position. 1 to 2 days WFH. Litigation experience is required. Salary listed is a range and depends on experience. Firm also offers : bonus, parking, health, dental and vision insurance, paid Life, LTD , PTO, paid holidays, 401K, plus more.
Duties Include
- Answering and propounding discovery
- Analyzing, organizing discovery documents
- Drafting pleadings, motions, orders
- Summarizing records involved in a matter
- Working with experts
- Preparing attorneys for hearings, depositions and trials
- Prepare trial notebooks, exhibit and witness lists
