All Lift Cranes is a small manufacturing company, started in 2014, that has been growing every year since established. We care about our customers and pride ourselves in a job well done from start to finish. Therefore, in this role, you would be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Responsibilities:

• Relationship building - Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and follow-up to foster repeat business.
• Quotation and pricing - Generate accurate quotes and pricing based on customer specifications.
• Order processing - Manage the sales process from order placement, including handling customer inquiries, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

Skills & Qualifications

• Customer Service Experience – At least one year of customer experience.
• Computer Skills - Knowledge and ability to use various digital tools and technologies, like TurboCAD or willingness to learn, to complete job tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Able to - Multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Product knowledge - Ability to graspbasic understanding of the features, benefits, technical specifications, and applications of various industrial equipment to effectively answer customer questions.
• Strong communication skills - Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively engage with customers and present complex information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
