We are hiring a Field Operations Manager in Neenah, WI.
The Field Operations Manager will be responsible for Technicians’ customer service delivery, safety, development, and retention. This position serves as mentor for our Field Service Technicians for process and policy adherence. This position reports to the Regional Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure Service team delivers high quality customer service.
- Facilitate safety training to meet LSH, ISN and connected client requirements.
- Inventory and maintain company equipment including trucks, trailers, lifts, PPE, and tools.
- Manage adherence to company safety program.
- Job performance auditing.
- Responsible for emergency service and after-hours dispatch.
- Work with Service and Inspection Coordinators to optimize scheduling and utilization.
- Review documentation (time entries, service reports, inspection reports) produced by technicians to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Audit time entries and approve payroll.
- Process and approve Technician time in 1InspectAll and Paylocity payroll applications.
- Support technical sales quoting functions as needed.
- Provide 24/7 on-call Technician and Customer support.
- Review booked work for material / technical accuracy and completeness.
- Performance reviews and coaching for Technicians.
- Attend customer planning meetings as needed.
- Supplement/fill-in for technicians as needed to complete work within promised timeframes.
- Coordinate resources and serve as project manager for large projects.
- Other duties as assigned by the Regional Manager.

- 2-3 years’ work experience in Technical Field Service.
- Administrative/Supervisory and/or office management experience a plus.
- High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred.
