- Download and Deployment : Download the corporate image to new laptops and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the process.
- Testing : Conduct testing of the image on lab devices to ensure proper functionality.
- Documentation : Track and document testing results, providing detailed reports.
- Recommendations : Make recommendations for changes to the download processes and image based on testing results.
- Troubleshooting : Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting issues during field device deployments.
