What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loader Operator position at All-Lite Materials?
All-Lite Materials is looking for experienced loader operator with CAT 980's or Larger. Mining e xperience and current MSHA preferred.

Responsibities:
- Operate and maintain a wheel loader and transport material
- Inspect the machine before and after use to ensure it is in good operating condition
- Clean and maintain the machine, including checking fluids, lubricating parts, and replacing worn or broken parts
- Report any issues or needed repairs to maintenance personnel
- Ensure safety guidelines are followed at all times
- Communicate with coworkers and supervisors to ensure efficent and safe operations
- Assist with other duties
**Pay is DOE**
Summary
As a Loader Operator, you will be essential in the efficient handling and movement of materials within our aggregate environment. Reporting to the Site Supervisor, you will utilize your core skills in materials handling by loadng trucks, working with tools and machinery. Good Communications skills and the ability to work to work in a team environment is a must. Be prepared to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, along with knowing that flexable work hour and weekends may be needed. Your knowledge of MSHA safety reuirements will help insure safe and effective operations.
