Qualifications
- Required Certification: BCBA Certification
- Additional Licensure (if applicable):
- North Carolina, Arizona, Tennessee: Must hold LBA (Licensed Behavioral Analyst)
- Georgia, Indiana, Maine, and Virginia: No additional licensure required
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor RBTs/Therapists in implementing treatment plans
- Conduct client assessments and prepare treatment reports
- Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
- Conduct quarterly competency assessments for team members
- Analyze behavior and skill acquisition data through Central Reach
Compensation
- Varies by Location:
- North Carolina: $75,000 - $90,000
- Arizona: $80,000 - $100,000
- Tennessee: $75,000 - $90,000
- Indiana: $75,000 - $85,000
- Maine: $75,000 - $90,000
- Georgia: $75,000 - $90,000
- Virginia: $75,000 - $85,000
