We are looking for an experienced Director of Materials Management to join our team in a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with the inventory management sites/warehouses (main, OR, Cath Lab, Pixies). They will also have experience in running a value committee and experience in oversite of the procurement function by working with GPOs and issuing RFP/RFQs (writing, evaluating, etc.). You will be responsible for tracking spending per spend category/cost centers and presenting analytics and establishing KPIs, implementing metrics, and reporting to evaluate KPIs and progress toward improvement.
- Will report to C level
- Must have exp purchasing/ supply chain
- Knowledge of GPO agreements
- Must have healthcare experience
- Willing to provide relocation and sign on bonus
- Must be onsite
- Bachelor’s degree or eight (8) years applicable experience in lieu of degree (required)
- Five (5) years’ experience in supply chain
- Supervisory Responsibilities
- Need 5 -7 years direct hospital experience
- This is a Mid - Level leadership position
- Master’s Degree (MBA or MHA) (preffered)
- Supply Chain leadership position in an acute healthcare platform
- Certified Materials and Resources Professional (DMRP)
