What are the responsibilities and job description for the HRIS Manager (Remote with 25% Travel) position at All Med Search?
**THIS IS A FULL TIME AND PERMANENT POSITION THAT IS WORKED REMOTELY WITH UP TO 25% TRAVEL**
HRIS Management
- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and ongoing administration of the HRIS.
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance with software vendors and IT.
Data Integrity and Reporting
- Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with hospital policies and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, JCAHO).
- Generate custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and leadership decision-making.
- Perform regular audits of HR data to ensure system reliability.
Process Optimization
- Evaluate current HR workflows and recommend system solutions for process improvement.
- Lead initiatives to automate manual HR processes and improve efficiency.
- Train HR staff and managers on system functionalities and best practices.
Collaboration and Leadership
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and other departments to align system capabilities with organizational needs.
- Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors to manage system integrations and updates.
- Provide technical expertise and leadership for HRIS-related projects and initiatives.
Compliance and Security
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as hospital-specific policies.
- Monitor system security settings to protect sensitive employee data.
- Support audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
Must-Have Requirements for This Position
- Bachelor's degree
- Combination of UKG and Workday experience
- A minimum of 4 years of management experience
- Position is remote with 25% travel
