Performs triage assessments to address patient care needs promptly and efficiently.
Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents all aspects of patient care, maintaining accurate and timely records.
Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to provide cohesive and high-quality patient care.
Qualifications and Job Information
Requires 1-2 years of recent experience in a relevant nursing role.
Holds current BLS certification and preferably ACLS certification.
Active state nursing license is mandatory.
Demonstrates exceptional professionalism when interacting with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff members.
