INSIDE SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

We have a position open in our Inside Sales Department. The position is full-time and expected to begin as soon as possible.

PURPOSE:

The main function of this position is to provide “point-of-sale” support to customers and outside sales staff with the objective being to maximize sales production and service delivery. This involves selling our product in order to increase revenue and meet sales goals along with processing incoming orders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manage on-going account service

· Know the product

· Navigate inventory software

· Process incoming orders

· Cross-sell

· Make out-calls/business development

· Close deals

· Customer service/problem resolution

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

· Some prior sales experience, preferably 2 years

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Aggressive and goal-oriented focus

· Ability to work independently and as a team player

· Ability to be organized and work in a fast-paced environment

· Computer skills

The incumbent must also understand the nature of our business and work toward the common goals of the Company. He/She must be professional, dependable and able to adapt to changing priorities.

REPORTS TO: Sales Manager

Job Type: Full-time
