POSITION SUMMARY :
Under the direction of the department Supervisor, the Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for providing assistance to
Maintenance Technician on evaluating, troubleshooting and fixing any facility problems at hand.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Will troubleshoot equipment problems in order to keep them running effectively.
- Changes bearings on motors.
- Plumbing : running PVC pipe, toilets, sinks, tanks, pumps
- Conducts roof repair as needed.
- Conducts preventative maintenance on all blowers, pumps, and equipment.
- Adheres to safety regulations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :
ITAR REQUIREMENT :
Due to ITAR regulations, this position requires that the employee must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident).
