Responsibilities
- Ensure the production schedule runs smoothly.
- Create and manage a Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedule.
- Develop and maintain an Equipment and Parts Inventory program.
- Repair and troubleshoot equipment and plant issues.
- Install and modify new and existing equipment.
- Computer proficiency.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance (OSHA, FDA, GFSI Food Safety).
- Ability to write SOPs and fill out work order documentation.
- Electrical and mechanical problem-solving skills in food manufacturing.
