Job Description
Seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Mechanic with strong background in facilities maintenance and mechanical repair, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards, providing a safe and functional environment for all.
Hours
5 : 00AM - 1 : 30PM (Mandatory OT, including Saturdays)
Monday-Friday
27.00 - $35.00 DOE
Job Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various hydraulic and pneumatic equipment within the facility.
- Read and interpret schematics to diagnose mechanical issues.
- Execute residential painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic standards.
- Fabricate parts or components as required for repairs or improvements.
- Lead small teams during maintenance projects, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs performed and parts used.
