Human Resources Recruiter

Job Description

• Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media outlets etc.
• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Validate applicant's references and communicate with previous employers to qualify capabilities and verify work history
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Assist with generating Grant proposals at the request of the Executives
• Review prices and product specifications from various suppliers to determine the best purchase options
• Provide recruiting reports to the HR department and upload all potential resumes to resume applicant tracker
• Act as a point of contact and build relationships with candidates during the selection process
• Administrative tasks at the request of Direct Supervisor or Executives
• Promote the company's reputation
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree or more related experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must possess a strong phone presence
• Ability to manage cases without constant or direct supervision
• Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
• Highly organized and flexible
• Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
• Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
• Maintains staff confidentiality
• Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets and presentation software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
