Role & Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in driving our growth and scaling our business. Reporting directly to the Talent & Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for executing and managing all aspects of recruitment and employer branding.
Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from engaging with hiring managers to understand their needs, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate journey, to hiring and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Ensure a seamless recruitment process, providing an excellent candidate experience from application to offer.
Employer Branding
- Strengthen our employer brand by building relationships with universities, relevant student associations, and other key partners.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and networking opportunities.
- Enhance our visibility in the US market to attract top talent.
Because we are scaling our trading capacity in the US while improving performance in both EU & US, you will collaborate frequently with colleagues across regions. You will be part of a close-knit HR team working across regions.
Your Profile
- Minimum 2 years of sourcing experience. Strong preference for candidates with both agency and in-house recruiting experience.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing for entry level and experienced positions.
- Proficiency with various recruitment channels and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, BambooHR)
- Business acumen with a solution driven and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive strategic decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
