Launch-The Car Wash Company and All Paws Pet Wash is looking for a highly motivated team member to fill a rewarding position as a Car Wash Repair Technician. In this role, you will be challenged with tasks such as maintenance, inspection, preventative maintenance, installation, delivering parts, soaps and equipment to customers throughout the state of Wisconsin. Troubleshooting, documenting, and communicating work completed and interacting with customers to resolve issues at their facilities.
We are looking for a self-motivated team member with attention to detail, understanding of electrical, schematics and an in-depth knowledge of mechanical maintenance and repair. This position does involve working outdoors and occasional overnight stays.
Generally, the schedule is Monday through Friday daytime hours. This position does include on-call responsibilities, which include weekends and/or holidays.
Additional qualifications/requirements include:
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Understanding of blueprints and schematics
- Strong communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude is needed to trouble shoot and resolve issues
- Ability to climb up and down ladders, bend, stoop, and lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to work with a team to meet strict deadlines
- Frequently stand/walk up to 8 Hours
- Positive upbeat personality to help motivate the team towards common goals
- Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions/temperatures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
